Rep. of Ireland Customers

Crafty is so excited to be able to resume it's delivery service to our customers in the Republic of Ireland. Thank you for bearing with us whilst we sought specialist advice.

This service will launch from Monday 14th February 2022 and this page contains any information you need as a customer based in ROI.

Please note that for any timed delivery services where parcels have to pass through a customs gateway, there is the possibility of a delay that’s outside the control of the carrier.

Dispatch Timescales

As we have to complete additional paperwork, our current estimate for dispatch is 2-3 business days. We then use the DPD Two Day service (business days) as standard.

Business days = Monday-Friday only.

Delivery Costs

<10kg Shipping DPD Two Day £15.00

10kg-30kg DPD Two Day £19.95

Duty Costs for Orders Sent to Republic of Ireland

**Additional duty charges apply to all of our products. VAT charges are only applicable on clothing over age 11 and items of non-clothing**

The duty rates for all products can be found here on our Duty Rates list. This document also includes the relevant commodity codes. These charges (duty charges, relevant VAT charges and a small DPD admin fee) will need to be paid by the CUSTOMER before delivery can take place.

DPD will notify you, the customer during transit of any import charges that are due. These need to be settled and paid in full before DPD will attempt delivery.

If a parcel is returned to us for failure to deliver or unpaid import charges, then we will cancel your order. If you require it to be shipped again, an additional carriage cost will be applied before it can be dispatched.

**Crafty Wholesale Limited acts as an exporter and you, the customer are the importer of goods. As such Crafty is not responsible or liable for any additional duty charges or VAT owed**
